3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time

4. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Clients will receive confirmation of the scheduled session time.
If a client needs to reschedule or cancel a session, they should provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.

Clients will be informed of applicable fees before services begin. Payment must be made according to the agreed method and timeline.
Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved payment channels.
